Second Time Around

So there are many things I have done or attempted twice.  Driving, school, marriage, ect.  I believe that life is full of second chances while society..not so much.  Many of my attempts or misadventures have resulted in the loss of something.  However I have always learned from my mistakes.  They (whom I am not sure) say art imitates life, or maybe its the other way around.  Any how, my art or my medium is crafting..of all kinds.  Crafts are my santuary, my quiet place (even when the craft isn't so quiet), my stress relief, my happy place.  I love that when you mess up something your working on you can tear it apart, paint over it, or destroy it with a hammer.  The materials I like to use are re-purposed too..reclaimed wood, recycled materials of all kinds.  I like to give things a second chance.  Make something ugly pretty.  Not saying that what is pretty to me is pretty to everyone though.
